The latest images from a drone, show the progress we have been making on the new care home construction project we are working on in Hildenborough in Kent.
The new development which sits next to the Half Moon Pub, comprises 76 bedrooms for elderly people, along with parking, bike stores and landscaping.
The proposed design incorporates bay windows, chimneys and asymmetrical front gables that are characteristic features of the local area. You can start to see a few of these features starting to take shape in the images.
The internal structure is clearly visible in the images, which will be divided into 75 bedrooms as well as communal areas, staff rooms and reception areas, as well as special assisted bathrooms for disabled residents where dedicated care can be provided.
Once complete extensive tree planting will be added, providing landscaping on the site, which started with none.
