Due to the continued success of BCP’s Partnering approach further work was offered in the form of this 20 bed specialist care home on a challenging sized site enclosed by other buildings in Kendray, South Yorkshire. This three-storey build required reinforced formwork on the lower partial basement, which had to be built into the sites steep incline.
