Broadmead Rest Home

The renovation of a 20-year-old home into a modern boutique care home with ensuite facilities. The home specialises in residents with dementia, mental health, old age and physical disability.

The extended home now has an additional 19 rooms to compliment the existing 17 already in the property. All rooms now have ensuite facilities and improved day facilities. The renovation was undertaken in 2 phases. Phase I was an extension and refurbishment of external buildings and Phase II was the extension and renovation of the existing home.
