The footage above shows the current progress of the new car home we are constructing for Oakland in Enfield.
10 weeks in to the build programme and the bulk excavation for the building, including the basement is complete. In the basement is parking for 17 cars and the car park slabs can be seen in the video.
Also completed is the basement drainage along with lift base and foundation bases laid.
This new residential care home will include a cafe, cinema and hair salon, for residents to use throughout their stay.
