We’re thrilled to share an exciting update on our latest project: the construction of a beautiful new care home in the heart of Harpenden. Building Construction Partnership is proud to be leading this care home build, bringing much-needed high-quality care facilities to the local community. As you can see from the video, we’ve just installed the final floor of the building, a remarkable two months ahead of schedule! This milestone is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team.

With Envision as our M&E Consultants and BREEAM advisors, we’re confident the building will meet the highest environmental standards. This not only benefits the environment but also provides long-term value through operational efficiencies and reduced running costs.
With 75 beautifully designed bedrooms, residents will experience the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and homeliness. The care home will also feature a central communal garden, a vital amenity that promotes well-being and social interaction for everyone. A delightful entrance plaza café will complement this outdoor space, creating a relaxing environment for all.
