The marketing office of our latest build for Oakland Care has recently opened.
Situated in the conservation area of Forty Hill, Elsyng House has been built to exacting high standards of construction and materials.
Working together, we brought forward the build programme to enable the client early fit out of showrooms and office space. The rooms were fully carpeted decorated and all fittings had been installed ready for the fit-out by the clients interior designer.
The care home consists of 75 individual, private, en-suite rooms, and state-of-the-art facilities. Offering residents the choice of a cafe, cinema room and hair & beauty salon. Outside there are landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy.
The purpose-built care home for Oakland Care will specialise in care for people requiring residential, nursing, memory and respite care.
We haven’t fully completed the build yet, but we are progressing on schedule. We would just like to thank everyone at Oakland Care, Aedifice and ADG Architects for all their hard work in making this build a success.
