The home was in occupancy during the full phased working programme and careful planning with staff and residents to manage noise, fire evacuation, health and safety, nurse call, fire alarms and all service were paramount.

The opportunity was taken during the works to improve, rearrange and renew laundry, kitchen, staff and residents areas, with intensive managed works to ensure minimum disruption to meals and laundry facilities.
