This small extension to an existing nursing home was carried out in conjunction with a general refurbishment of the existing home including general alterations, new bathing facilities, re lighting, decorations and flooring, whilst the home continued to be fully used.

The extension was sympathetically joined to form new dining and bedroom accommodation to both floors along with improved external works.
