Recently we have begun our latest project for Oakland Care in Swanley, Kent.
The site is designated brownfield and was originally a wedding venue. This was fire-damaged many years ago and has been abandoned ever since.
Plans were submitted for a care home on the site, which required the current building to be demolished and a new 75-bed care home to be built in its place. Consultations took place with local residents and early this month we began the demolition
