We are working in close partnership with Ashton Care Homes Ltd, our client, and ADG Architects, the firm responsible for the architectural design of this care home. This collaboration ensures that the project meets the high standards expected by future residents and their families.

Situated near the centre of Kingston-upon-Thames on Combe Lane West, the care home is ideally located for easy access while maintaining a tranquil setting. The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames has granted planning permission for this development, recognising the need for such a facility in the area.
The design of the care home is tailored to complement the existing local architecture. The building is conceptualised as two large fronted homes with a discreet atrium set back between them, ensuring the new structure harmoniously integrates with the neighbourhood.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
The care home will offer 67 well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for residents. Additionally, the home will feature several communal areas, including lounges and a hairdressing salon, to enhance the living experience of our residents. Ample parking for staff and guests is also part of the plan, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
